The success of Client was attributed to its customer program where it is able to provide a specific suite of services and support to its Asian customers with worldwide operations. It provides global customers with centralized ordering and billing; customized products (including proprietary software installation); and the advantages of local delivery and local onsite service within 7 to 10 days or ordering. Since January 2006, client had partnered Udirect to receive one-stop database marketing services.
Even though Client owns a huge database repository from all market segments across Asia Pacific, almost half of all its vital contact information had been lost due to list deterioration at between 3 to 5% each month.
To remedy this problem, Client commissioned the Udirect Database Updating, Profiling & Scanning service to dramatically increase both the quality and quantity of data in its system.
Within a week of thoroughly scrubbing this database, the accuracy of Client’s Asia Pacific database jumped from 50% to 95%. Over time, it was proven that this helped to increase customer retention by a significant 20%.
