The Client

A London Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed financial organization that is consistently ranked in the top 25 among FTSE-100 companies by market capitalization. Asia Pacific is one of its most significant markets as over 90 percent of its profits are from Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Over here, Client is best known for its wide range of innovative products and services as well as award-winning solutions.

Challenges

Recently, Client decided to launch a set of bank loans that are specifically useful for small time retailers and sole proprietors. As this is a niche and new market segment, Client engaged Udirect to provide a targeted database of interested prospects.

Solution

Udirect provided a database of retailers and sole proprietors that consist of 10,000 names. Then, Udirect began an Asia Pacific wide telesales marketing effort to introduce the new product and generate interests. After two weeks, Udirect collected a list of 1,000 names that expressed genuine interests for Client’s sales team to contact.

Results

At the time of writing this case study, Client’s sales team is still busy following up with all 1000 interested prospects!
