Database Deduplication / Matching
Deduplication checks ensure each record is uniquely represented within the database. Udirect dedupes records via 2 different methods:- Electronic dedupe / matching
- Manual eyeball dedupe / matching
Udirect takes the painstaking task of looking at hundreds & thousands of records off your hands and guarantees accurate results every single time.
Database Standardization
Standardization allows for the easy detection of duplicates as well as the efficient execution of Extract, Transfer & Loading (ETL) management process. For example, registered company names would be given formatted within proper case (for Roman Characters) with no punctuation marks or abbreviationsE.g.: P/L -> Pty Ltd; Co. -> Co
Database Restructuring
Restructuring is a process whereby data is mail-merged into a recognizable format that is easily marketable. For example addresses would be restructured in the following format:- Address 1,2, & 3
- Commas are delete or excluded (,)
- Full and correct postcode that includes information on City & State (,)
Database Quality Check
Udirect is staffed with qualified and highly trained Database Administrators who are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Their job is simply to maintain and address any database integrity issues. Every single piece of information is checked and rechecked by our processes. Each process has been implemented specifically to ensure database accuracy.
