Call Centre Services

Udirect hires a team of professional telemarketers who man up to 40 workstations. Their primary purpose is to call up listings in our databases and hold business-to-business conversations and double check upon the accuracy of the data we have provided.

On top of that, our telemarketers are trained to

  • acquire new customers
  • improve relationships with existing customers
  • broaden and deepen the CRM process
  • uphold our image as a company with a service-oriented culture

Udirect thoroughly evaluates all our telemarketers and equips them with the skill set so that they are able to conduct themselves professionally while communicating with our customers. We aim to secure a high success rate in getting connected to the targeted person while receiving minimal customer complaints. All our telemarketers are

  • supervised by an in-service Contact Centre manager for quality control
  • fluent in the languages and dialects spoken in the Asia Pacific country you are targeting
  • able to articulate well and conduct self professionally

The Udirect Contact Center’s Official Operating Hours are from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Mondays to Fridays. Extended Operating Hours are from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, Mondays to Fridays; while *Public Holidays and Weekends Operating Hours are from 09:00am to 3:00pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

*For the Public Holidays & Weekends telemarketing service, do let us know at least two weeks in advance.
